Baltimore Orioles ace Erik Bedard has confirmed to SI.com that he has officially been traded to the Seattle Mariners in exchange for 22-year-old outfield prospect Adam Jones, reliever George Sherrill and minor league pitchers Chris Tillman, Kam Mickolio and Tony Butler.
