NASCAR is apologizing for the tire fiasco that ruined Sunday's race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and has already started working to avoid a repeat. Robin Pemberton, NASCAR's vice president of competition, says the organization is "sorry" for tire troubles during the Brickyard 400 and it is NASCAR's responsibility to make sure a similar situation doesn't happen again.
